Over off of Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure Park is a little stand called Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats.  This is where you will find the famous lemon dole whip and the parfait.  The parfait is a delicious layered tasty treat to enjoy on a hot day. Caution these treats are known to melt faster than you can say Adorable Snowman.

Adorable Snowman Frosted Treat Parfait at Home Edition

Supplies:

Ice cream maker (1.5 qt. size)
Whisk
Blender
large bowl
7/8 cup Dole Whip Soft Serve Mix (Lemon or Pineapple flavor both taste great)
2 & 3/4 cup Cold Water
Blue Raspberry Kool-aid Powdered Drink mix
Ice and water
*optional: Cherry

Directions:

1.  In a Large bowl combine the 7/8 cup of the Dole Soft Serve powder with the 2 & 3/4 cold water and whisk for 2 minutes by hand or until completely disolved. (I used the pineapple dole whip mix, but if you want it to be exactly like the park use the lemon flavor.)

2.  Now you are ready to put the mix in your ice cream maker.  Follow the directions on your particular ice cream maker.  About 20-25 minutes in the ice cream make seemed efficient in my machine. (I have the cuisinart similar to this model)

3.  Make the Blue Raspberry Kool-Aide Slushy in your blender when the Dole whip is complete.
(I followed the directions on the lid and just cut it in half because it makes a whole bunch.)

4.   Now it is time for assembly. Get your glass or cup and put a small layer of the dole whip at the bottom inside the cup.

5.   Next layer should be a generous amount of the Blue Raspberry Kool-Aid Slush.

6.  Final top layer is the Dole whip.  (It's up to you if you want to get fancy and swirl this layer of dole whip like they do at the Parks.)

7.   Optional step is to add a cherry to the top.

Now it's time to enjoy your tasty creation, but eat it fast before it melts.  Watch out for the Brain Freeze.
