The Secret to Disneyland Dining Reservations | MouseDining
What is MouseDining?
MouseDining is a free service that helps you get last-minute and hard-to-find dining reservations at Disneyland and Walt DisneyWorld.
How does it work?
- First you will need to sign up for a free account via my MouseDining affiliate link.
- Select your party size, park and restaurant.
- Find your trip dates and select your time slot.
- You will then be redirected to Disney’s dining website where you log in to your Disney account and confirm your reservation.
You will want to set up an alert. MouseDining will alert you via email when the reservation becomes available. Once you get that email you will need to act fast to secure it. If you were not able to get the reservation in time but would still like to get alerted about future ones, you will manually need to go back into MouseDining and renew the alert if you have the free account subscription.
It is highly recommended you upgrade from a free account to paid one. This will give you more options to how you will receive an alert (for example text alerts in addition to email), as well as being able to set up more alerts for other restaurants. Should you miss an alert or the reservation is no longer available with the paid subscription the alert will get automatically renewed for you.

Does it really work?
Yes it does. I logged into my MouseDining account and found a reservation for Minnie and Friends Character Breakfast at Plaza Inn at Disneyland. I then proceeded to find a reservation at Lamplight Lounge and unfortunately one was not available on my preferred date so I created an alert. A few days later I received an email that a reservation was available and luckily I was online at the time and was able to secure the reservation. This is why it is recommended to sign up for the paid account so you don't potentially miss out on an alert.
My dining reservations are showing up both in my Disneyland app as well as when I log into my Disneyland account on the Disneyland website. I am so excited to enjoy these dining experiences with my family for their first time. And as always Disneyland takes great care of guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Looking forward to enjoying some Gluten Free Mickey Mouse waffles!
