I have personally stayed at this hotel. This hotel offers a variety of room options with either kitchenettes or full size kitchens. Some rooms are almost apartment like with separate living room and sleeping quarters. Very Family Friendly with an arcade, BBQ area, fire pit, mini golf green and a basketball court.
Transportation is very easy here....It is right next to the Toy Story parking lot which you are allowed to walk into and take the Toy Story Bus for FREE. I felt very safe even walking back after midnight to my room. Often when the Park is busy Disneyland bag check security is offered before you get on the bus and then when you get to Disneyland you don't need to go through security again. This Parking lot is run by Disneyland not by the area hotels. You don't need to have a car parked here to use the transportation.

Restaurants on site have gluten free options. Our group was invited to dine at Savor. The gluten free pizza was outstanding!!!! This hotel has recently been fully remodeled, not just a refresh but complete remodel. It has so many amazing luxuries that make you feel like royalty! The rooms oh boy the rooms are so gorgeous at all options.
This hotel is also located right by the Toy Story Parking lot which is a free service to use (see above description in the Homewood notes). The ART is also available as well as ride share or walking.

Extremely family friendly hotel. The waterpark looked so fun. They do have a reservation system for the waterpark and it can get confusing. Basically each room is allowed to book in advance one session slot per day. Each session is 2- 2.5 hours and only 5 sessions are open a day. A Pro tip was to book either the 230 pm or 530pm slots and there might be additional slots available for other times when you check in. This is not a hotel where you can just hang out by the pool all day. Please contact the hotel in advance for further explanation.

I was extremely impressed with how accommodating this property can be for gluten free guests. This hotel feels further away from Disneyland, it says it is walkable I personally would take ride share to/from the Park.The hotel is right by the freeway but you don't hear any freeway noise in the rooms.
