Looks like I still need to spread the word — Disneyland officially switched their gluten-free pizza crusts in May 2025!
What was once a crust exclusive to the Grand Californian Hotel is now available at both pizza spots inside the parks, and honestly… it’s a major upgrade from the old one (which, let’s be real, kind of tasted like cardboard 😅).
🍕 Where to Find the New Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
You can now get the improved gluten-free pizza crust at:
- Alien Pizza Planet in Disneyland Park
- Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta in Disney California Adventure
Both locations currently offer cheese or pepperoni pizzas for gluten-free guests.
Pro tip: at Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta, the chef might occasionally be able to add veggies if they’re available — but this isn’t guaranteed and depends on the kitchen’s setup that day.
Want every gluten-free menu, snack, and secret tip in one place? You’ll find it all in my Gluten-Free Disneyland Guide.
🌟 Bonus: Available Beyond the Parks
If you’re dining at one of the character breakfasts or dinners, you can also request this gluten-free crust! It’s available upon request at both Disneyland Resort hotels.
You’ll also find it at the Grand Californian Hotel’s table-service & Quick service restaurants, where you’ll have a wider variety of toppings and customizations — but keep in mind, it’ll cost you around $30, compared to about $9 inside the parks.
💬 Final Thoughts
This upgrade has been a long time coming, and it’s one of the best gluten-free changes Disneyland has made in years. If you’ve skipped Disney pizza before because of that dry, cardboard-like crust… it might be time to give it another shot!
