A guide to Gluten Free Quick Service Dining at Disneyland
At Disneyland a quick-service restaurant offers great food and fast service. They are generally either cafeteria-style or counter-service venues. You order or take the food items that you want, pay for your food and sit down to enjoy your meal. Several of these quick service locations also offer gluten free and food allergy menu options.

Before ordering any gluten free food please ask for a Chef consult at Disneyland. Disneyland menu options, ingredients, and locations are subject to change. Please do your own research to see if this could be an option for your dietary needs by verifying with chef before consuming.
Below is a list of Quick service locations that have Gluten-Free an/or Food Allergy menus. I did not include fruit stands, popcorn carts or coffee houses. Each quick service location is labeled based on the different lands with in each Park (refer to Disney Parks map to locate them). Those with food allergies should request to speak with chef to order your food. Most of the food to grab and go food is not safe.
