 Important information regarding the rebranding of the Gluten Free Certification Symbol. I did receive some gluten free samples as part of this promotion to help spread the word of the rebranding.

The Certified GF Gluten Free symbol created by the Gluten Intolerance Group (also known as GIG and GFCO) has been the symbol of trust for the gluten free community since 2005.  I have partnered with the Gluten Intolerance Group to let you know they have rebranded and the Certified Gluten Free symbol will be changing.

My personal review of gluten free dining at La Brea Bakery Express located just outside the Disneyland Resort Park entrance.

La Brea Bakery Express is located just outside the gates of the Disneyland Resort Park in the Downtown Disneyland District in Anaheim, California.  The Express side of the La Brea Bakery Cafe Restaurant is a quick service dining option, which means no reservations needed.  During the lunch/dinner time they offer a selection of sandwiches, salads and soups that you can take to go.  I was thrilled to discover they now have Gluten Free options to many of their menu offerings.

Recreate Disneyland Churro | Gluten Free

This is a recipe inspired by Disney Parks Blog Churro Minis but with a gluten free twist.

I had my first Gluten Free Monte Cristo at Disneyland last year and I’ve been craving one ever since.⁣  I never thought about trying to recreate this dish at home; however, I was inspired by another blogger to recreate this dish with my own Gluten Free take on it.⁣ Typically I’m not good in the kitchen but with a few minor tweaks these gluten free Monte Cristo’s turned out delicious.

Downtown Disney District is located just outside the gates of Disneyland and Disney California adventure parks in Anaheim, CA. Downtown Disney District has a variety of restaurants that offer gluten free options, shopping and experiences. You don’t need a ticket to Disneyland in order to visit the downtown Disney District area, however, you will need to go through the security checkpoint before entering.
