Disneyland Resort celebrates the Holidays with beloved traditions and diverse cultural festivities at both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Parks.  In addition to the cultural festivities celebrations brings some amazing food. Typically those whom are gluten free or have other dietary restrictions often miss out on trying these tasty seasonal offerings; however, this year are several festive offerings that many guests will surely enjoy. It certainly is the most Magical Time of the Year!

Holidays at the Disneyland Resort 
November 12, 2021 - January 9, 2022



Guests entering Disneyland will be greeted by a magnificent 60-foot-tall Christmas tree on Main Street, U.S.A., decorated with nearly 1,800 ornaments. The classic tree is an iconic symbol of Holidays at the Disneyland Resort, as well as an ideal location for holiday photos. Guests may see Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse waving for photos, too, in festive new holiday attire.

Once again, guests will be thrilled to experience “A Christmas Fantasy” Parade, a merry musical celebration along Main Street, U.S.A., with beloved Disney characters, prancing reindeer, marching toy soldiers, dancing gingerbread cookies, Anna, Elsa and Olaf from “Frozen,” Santa Claus waving from his sleigh and more holiday magic.

Sip and Savor Pass

Get the most holiday cheer out of the Disney Festival of Holidays with the Sip and Savor Pass—available for purchase to all Guests! The pass provides 8 convenient entitlement tabs that you can redeem for select food and nonalcoholic beverages at participating Festival Foods Marketplace kiosks and dining locations.


Important Information

  • Sip and Savor Passes expire January 9, 2022, and entitlement tabs may not be redeemed at any other event.
  • Each entitlement tab must be attached to the Sip and Savor Pass prior to redemption and may be redeemed for one (1) eligible food or nonalcoholic beverage item at a participating Festival Foods Marketplace kiosk or dining location.
  • Eligible Sip and Savor Pass items at participating restaurants are tasting-size portions only, not full entrée offerings.
  • Sip and Savor Pass and tabs will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Sip and Savor Passes are nonrefundable, nontransferable and may not be sold or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. No substitutions or change will be given.
  • Valid admission and park reservation for Disney California Adventure Park required.
  • Sip and Savor Pass, its entitlements, food and beverage offerings, participating marketplace locations and participating dining locations are all subject to availability, restrictions and change or cancellation without notice.

Festival Entertainment at Disney California Adventure

  • The celebration comes alive with “Disney ¡Viva Navidad!” as Disney characters host a fun street party along with Mexican folklórico dancers and Mariachis, Brazilian samba dancers and percussionists, giant mojiganga puppets and Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their fiesta best.

The four-wheeled residents of Radiator Springs will be pulling out all the stops with their holiday décor in Cars Land. The yuletide spirit shifts into high gear beginning with a snow-covered billboard at the land’s entrance and stretching all the way to the hubcap-studded tree decorating the front of the courthouse. Guests will enjoy a plethora of cleverly themed automotive ornamentation all along Route 66 where two attractions will rely on a little festive magic to transform into Luigi’s Joy to the Whirl and Mater’s Jingle Jamboree.
