The Grand Legacy At The Park is a short walk to Disneyland, maybe 5 minutes.  Also close by are some of my favorite places to grab a quick gluten free meal.  Jimboys Tacos is right in front of the hotel and then right next to the Tony Romas is Denny's.  Denny's actually has quite the list of gluten free accommodations on their website, including a gluten free english muffin which makes a delicious breakfast sandwich.

Room Options

There are a variety of room options to fit your family needs whether that might be a standard two room or a two or three room suite.  ADA accommodations are also available.  With your room is a complimentary to-go style snack bag.  In the snack bag there was bottle water, fruit, cheese, granola bar and crackers I believe.  Obviously only half of it is gluten free but it is nice gesture to bring with you in the Park.

I have personally stayed in both the Classic standard room and the Deluxe room.  Both were equally nice rooms, it just depends on your bed choice preference but basically they are the same in my opinion.

Classic Standard room

The Classic Standard rooms are typically the smaller more budget friendly rooms located on the 1st and 2nd floors on the property.  They have two double/full size beds with all the standard amenities.

Deluxe Room

The Deluxe rooms are just slightly bigger than the Classic room option however they have two queen beds or one king bed with all the standard amenities.  These rooms are located on all four floors of the property.

Both of these rooms have a fabulous wall mounted (but not in the window) air conditioning system and the room gets very cold.  This is extremely important on those warm spring and summer days.  The classic room beds were very comfortable but I found the deluxe room beds not so comfortable.  In both rooms the wifi signal was very strong and I had no problems accessing my social media at the end of the day.  After I checked out, they held my bags complimentary until I was ready to leave.  One thing to note they offer a later check out time at noon and you need to call the front desk or go down to the front desk to check out.

(Keep in mind they have remodeled since my stay so it is likely there have been some upgrades to the room)

Whether you are traveling alone or with the family, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.  The price and the close proximity make it a great deal.  You can always find budget friendly rates on Get Away Today, as well as directly with the hotel if you happen to be a Disneyland Annual Passholder.
